Hello and welcome to the Huntly, Keith & Turriff Branch of the Cats Protection

At the heart of all we do is the aim to rescue, rehome and rehabilitate cats and kittens of all ages.

We also aim to raise awareness about cat welfare. Operate a feral trap, neuter and release scheme to help control feral colony sizes. We can also help with neutering costs for people who are on low incomes.

Our branch covers a large area and is operated by a small number of volunteers. We rely on donations to keep going and helping as many cats as we can.

We are always looking for more volunteers. Even if you can't foster there are so many other ways you can help. Get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to have a chat.

Rehoming a cat in our care

All our kittens and cats are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and treated for worms and fleas. If a kitten is to young to be neutered before leaving you will get a voucher that will cover neutering costs. All of this is included in our adoption fee of £50. We are with you every step of the way and will always be there to offer advice or help if needed.

Of course everyone loves kittens but come along and meet our more senior cats. They have every bit as much love to give and many are with us through no fault of their own. Older cats adapt very quickly and your loving , faithful companion may be a more mature lady or gent.
